Privacy.

Effective 24 October 2026Version 1.0Applies to thekaster.com and to support email; each product has its own section below.

This site #this-site

thekaster.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for 14 days. The theme toggle stores your choice in your own browser and nowhere else.

Support email #support

When you email support@thekaster.com we receive what you send, your email address and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to handle refunds and cancellations. We keep support email for two years after your last message and then delete it. Our mailbox is provided by Google.

Stripe #stripe

Stripe, Inc. processes every payment on its own hosted page. What Stripe collects at checkout (card details, email, billing details and fraud signals) and how it handles that data is described in Stripe's privacy policy. From Stripe we see a customer number, the email used at checkout, the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card. We never see the full card number or the security code.

Third parties #third-parties

Hosting by Vercel; email by Google; payments by Stripe. We do not sell personal data, and we share it with no one else except when the law requires.

Retention #retention

Support email: as above. Stripe records: kept by Stripe and visible to us for as long as US tax and financial record-keeping rules require. Readings and credits: see each product below.

Your rights #rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by email with the subject "Privacy". We answer within 14 days. Deleting a Stripe record is subject to the financial record-keeping period above.

Children #children

The sites are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used a paid feature, email us and we will refund and delete.

Changes #changes

We version and date this policy and list changes in the change log.

Feel Then Choose #feel-then-choose

A static page. No account, no cookies, no analytics. It makes three outbound links that you choose to follow: a helpline, and the book's paperback and Kindle editions on Amazon. The two book links carry an Amazon Associates tag, which tells Amazon we referred you and pays us a commission if you buy.

Becoming Here #becoming-here

Your birth details stay on your device and are not stored on our servers. A written profile is kept on the device that bought it. Payment is a Stripe receipt with no account. This section is canonical for Becoming Here until the product publishes its own privacy page.

Becoming Choice #becoming-choice

No account exists and no cookies are set. Your birth details and readings are stored encrypted on your device. Our servers keep the text of a reading under a fingerprint of the chart facts it was written from, and, if you buy, a balance under your Stripe customer number together with a hashed form of your recovery code so credits can be restored on another device. A device token identifies the customer and nothing else. The full, test-locked description is at becomingchoice.com/privacy.
