Who we are #who-we-are

These terms are between you and Kaster Software LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"). We operate feelthenchoose.com, becominghere.com, becomingchoice.com and this site, and we are the merchant for everything sold on them. Support is by email at support@thekaster.com; we reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Central Time.

By using any of these sites or buying anything on them, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy policy and to Refunds & Cancellations.

The products #products

Feel Then Choose is free. Becoming Here sells one-time written place profiles. Becoming Choice sells one-time reports, prepaid credits and one monthly subscription called Transits. Everything is digital and written on demand. Products lists every item and price.

Eligibility #eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract where you live. If you buy for someone else, you remain responsible for the purchase.

Not advice #not-advice

Our products are reflective experiences. They draw on traditions, the vocabulary of feelings, astrocartography and astrology, that are symbolic rather than causal, and where a claim belongs to a tradition the copy says whose it is. Nothing we make is a scientific assessment, a prediction, or medical, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you take after a reading are yours. If what you feel is urgent, Feel Then Choose links to immediate help; use it.

Payments #payments

Payments are taken by Stripe on its own hosted page, in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Stripe may display an amount in your own currency at its exchange rate plus a conversion fee of 2 to 4%, which you pay. Your statement shows KASTER SOFTWARE; see Charge on your statement. We never see your full card number.

Subscriptions #subscriptions

Transits renews monthly on the date you first subscribed, until you cancel. Each period includes three transit readings; unused ones expire with the period. You can cancel at any time (how to cancel). Access runs to the end of the paid period and no partial refund is given for the remaining days. There are no free trials. A price change applies to future periods only, with at least 30 days' notice by email to the address you used at checkout.

Credits #credits

Credits never expire. They are held under the customer number Stripe assigns and tied to a device token and a recovery code rather than an account. Whoever holds the token or the code holds the credits, so keep the code private. Refunds follow Refunds & Cancellations.

Promotions #promotions

Discounts are Stripe promotion codes. One code per purchase. The expiry date and redemption limit are stated where the code is offered. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. A refund of a discounted purchase returns the amount paid.

Availability #availability

Our products are sold worldwide except where United States sanctions or export rules prohibit it. Everything is digital; nothing is shipped. We may refuse or refund an order we cannot lawfully fulfil.

Fair use #fair-use

Use the sites as a person, for yourself and the people you add. No automated access, scraping or resale of readings. Each site limits how often a reading can be requested. We may suspend access that breaks these rules; credits and paid periods remain refundable under the refund policy.

Liability #liability

The sites and readings are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law #governing-law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and of the United States. Before any formal step, write to us and give us 14 days to resolve the matter. A dispute that remains is brought in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas, unless consumer law lets you bring it where you live.

Changes #changes

We version and date these terms. Changes are listed in the change log with their effective date, and a change that affects a running subscription is sent by email at least 30 days before it applies.

Free to use. The sections on payments, subscriptions, credits and promotions do not apply. Two links to the book on Amazon carry an Amazon Associates tag.

One-time purchases only. Payments, promotions, availability and the one-time reports rule in Refunds & Cancellations apply. No subscription and no credits.
